• We gladly accept Visa/MasterCard, cash, or a personal check for
services.
• Rates reflect the maximum occupancy of each cabin. Each
additional person
is $10 per night.
• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
• No guarantee of reservation until deposit is received. Payment
due upon arrival.
• If you arrive late or leave early, you are responsible for the cost of
all days of your reservation, unless the change to your reservation
dates is made 46 days prior to your arrival.
• Deposits, less 20% administration fee, will be refunded only if
reservation and cancellation is received 46 days prior to reservation
arrival date.
• Housekeeping is your responsibility during your stay. Make sure
all dishes are clean upon checkout. No Grills or fish cookers on
decks, screened-in porches or inside cabins.
• All fish cleaning is to be done at the dock with fish waste returned
to the lake. No fish cleaning in cabins!
• Pet policy: pets must be registered prior to arrival. Pets
must be on a leash at all times! There is a $10 per night
charge per pet, PLUS a $50 Damage Deposit, refundable upon check-out
after cabin inspection.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service or lodging to anyone.
• This is a dry county. Beer and alcohol cannot be purchased
locally, so bring your own.
• No fireworks or firecrackers are permitted.
• Firearms may not be discharged.
• Underage children should be supervised by parent or guardian at all
times.
• Owner is not responsible for fire, theft, accident, or injury to guest
and/or visitors or to guest's and/or visitor's belongings.
• Customers are responsible for damage to resort property inflicted by
themselves, their guests or pets.
• All rates subject to change without notice.
